Buying Information

Customers can make purchases from The Furnshop through our online platform or by visiting our store in Leicester. Please note that not all products displayed online are available for viewing in-store. For more information on specific items, kindly contact us.

Delivery & Assembly

We offer Free Door Delivery for all orders in England and Wales. Delivery times are indicated on each product, and we make every effort to ensure your order arrives within the quoted timeframe. Most orders are delivered using our own fleets to minimize transit damage. However, lighter items under 30kg or express delivery items may be delivered via Third-party courier services.

Delivery Timescale

While 25% of our catalogue is in stock, many ranges are with our suppliers. Once you place an order, we allocate the stock and arrange delivery at the earliest possible date. For those wishing to collect furniture from our store or warehouse, please provide 48 hours' notice before your visit to arrange pickup.

Product Warranty

We offer a 1-year manufacturing warranty from the date of delivery on all items purchased from The Furnshop. Please note that the warranty will be invalidated if the product is adapted, abused, or altered without our consent or approval.

Returns & Exchange

At The Furnshop, we take pride in our customer service. If you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected]. If you wish to return an item under change of mind it shall be reported within 14 days post delivery, also please note there will be £60 collection charges applicable. You need to provide photographic evidence of the goods being adequately packed in the original packaging to [email protected].

In case of damage to the product, there is no collection fee; you just need to provide photographic evidence of the item and packaging in which it was delivered within 14 days post-delivery.
