Our delivery services operate nationwide to deliver everything from Ready Assembled Furniture, Flat Pack Furniture, Sofas, Sideboards, Beds, Dining Tables to Home Office Desks. All directly to the door of our customers.
1) Where in the UK do you delivery?
We are offering Free Door Delivery all over ENGLAND and WALES.
Please Note- We do not offer free delivery to Ireland, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, & postcode in remote areas. Delivery of the products to remote locations are payable by the customer prior to delivery.
2) Delivery to the room of your choice
By paying £19.99 extra you can upgrade your FREE door delivery On Orders over £300 to Delivery to the room of your choice.
We advise to upgrade, if your ordered large bulky items. Our service allows you to stay stress-free and will be delivered to the room of your choice by a 2 man team to make sure your goods arrive safely.
This service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales.
3) White Glove Premium Delivery Makes Life Simple
Our White Glove Delivery is all about making life simple and stress-free. This service is best for the customers who wish to have full service.
This premium upgrade will cost you 15% of your order value and the service includes:

We don’t just deliver to your front door, we take deliveries to the room of choice.
Product Set UP
Assembly of furniture if required.
Unpacking & Positioning furniture for you. Check you are satisfied with our product before we leave.
We give a call 2 Hour before arrival to let you know that your order will be close.
Please Note- This service is applicable for Orders Above £600 and valid on Selected Brands. This service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales.
4) How much will my delivery cost?
(a) Free Door Delivery for England and Wales On Orders over £300
5) Excluded Postcodes & Areas
(a) Far off postcodes AB, IV, PH, KW, PA, BT, IM, HS and all Scottish Islands incur an added delivery surcharge - please get in touch with us for a quotation.
(b) Delivery to Ireland & Northern Ireland is charged at flat £60 & Scotland £30 regardless of the value of your order.
(c) We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily & Orkney Island. However, we can deliver up to the nearest port and the customer will have to arrange onwards delivery. For more information feel free to get in touch with us.
6) How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery time is estimated depending upon stock availability and status. All products listed on our website indicate estimated delivery time.
Items marked IN STOCK are delivered to your location in maximum 14 Working Days. If your ordered items require any special finishes and are made to order may take 6 to 8 Weeks.
If you have ordered multiple items with the different delivery timescale, you must apply the longest delivery times as the one estimating the delivery time for your order.
We regularly update delivery times of our products, however, sometimes there is a possibility that an item may not be available in quoted timescale. In such circumstances, we will contact you immediately to update you regarding the situation.
6) Can The FurnShop Confirm an exact delivery time slot?
If your ordered items are made to order or Out of Stock, unfortunately, we’re unable to offer you exact delivery time slots.
7) What Happens If an item is Out Of Stock?
If you’re interested in any item that is marked as Out of Stock on our website. It is still possible to place an order with us. However, this means that items we need to order from one of our suppliers and will take more time as compared to other products. Unfortunately, We can’t tell you the exact time of dispatch or delivery lead times of the Out of Stock Items
7) How will you arrange my delivery?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to book a date and time for delivery. You will then get an email to choose a particular day when the couriers have planned a route in your area.
You will also be given a 2-hour window for the time the delivery will reach your address. In case you are unable to accept delivery on the offered date, our delivery team will happy to offer you another date.
8) What happens on the day of delivery?
Finally, the day when your order is going to be delivered!
If you have opted for the standard FREE Delivery On Orders over £300, the item will be delivered to your door. If your order contains heavy/bulky furniture, then you may be required to assist the driver as most of our standard delivery is done using one man delivery.
If you think you may not be able to assist the driver with heavy/bulky items, we advise you to select our 2 Man delivery to the room of choice, an option which is charged at £19.99.
Please Note- 2 Man Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales
If you have opted for Premium White Glove Delivery, then our drivers will unload the goods take the furniture to the room of choice, unpack, assemble & place it as per your requirement.

Our deliveries are done by our own vans or third party courier services. Please make sure that your property is accessible for furniture lorry or vans.
In case, we’re unable to access the property or find it unsafe for drivers to deliver, we may refuse to deliver the products and re-delivery will be arranged at an additional charge.
9) What should I do once the item is delivered?
Once the item is delivered to your home, please ensure that everything is fine and make sure it’s the item you have ordered. Also, don’t forget to check the item for damages, and if you find any damage on the item or the packaging please mention the issue on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company.
