2) Delivery to the room of your choice
By paying £19.99 extra you can upgrade your FREE door delivery On Orders over £300 to Delivery to the room of your choice.
We advise to upgrade, if your order contents are heavy or bulky.
This service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales
3) White Glove Premium Delivery
Ideal for customers who wish to have full service. This premium upgrade will cost you 15% of your order value and the service includes:
(a) Delivery to the room of choice
(b) Unpacking & positioning of furniture
(c) Assembly of furniture if required.
Applicable for Orders Above £600 and Selected Brands. This service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales

5) Excluded Postcodes & Areas
(a) Far off postcodes AB, IV, PH, KW, PA, BT, IM, HS and all Scottish Islands incur an added delivery surcharge - please get in touch with us for a quotation.
(b) Delivery to Ireland & Northern Ireland is charged at flat £60 & Scotland £30 regardless of the value of your order.
(c) We do not deliver to Channel Islands, Shetlands, Isles of Wight, Isles of Sicily & Orkney Island. However we can deliver up to the nearest port and the customer will have to arrange onwards delivery. For more information feel free to get in touch with us.
6) How long will my order take to be delivered?
Delivery timescale are estimated depending upon stock status and availability. All products on our website indicate estimated delivery time. Item marked INSTOCK are delivered to you in maximum 14 working days, Items that require special finishes and are made to order may take between 6 to 8 weeks. If you have ordered several items with different delivery timescale, you must apply the longest delivery time as the one estimating the delivery time for your order.
We regularly update delivery times of our products, however sometimes there is a possibility that an item may not be available in quoted timescale. In such circumstances we will immediately contact you to update you regarding the situation.
Due to low frequency of deliveries to Ireland, Scotland, Northern Ireland, and excluded postcodes, please add extra 14 days to the estimated delivery timescale.
7) How will you arrange my delivery?
Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to book a date and time for delivery. You will be then offered a particular day when the couriers have planned route in your area. You will also be given a 2 hour window for the time the delivery will reach your address. In case you are unable to accept delivery on the offered date, our delivery team will happy to offer you another date, which will be probably they next date when they are next in your area.
8) What happens on the day of delivery?
Finally the day when your order is going to be delivered!
Please make sure that you or someone you trust is available at the property to receive the delivery. If you have opted for the standard FREE Delivery On Orders over £300, the item will be delivered to your door. If your order contains heavy/bulky furniture, then you may be required to assist the driver as most of our standard delivery is done using one man delivery.
If you think you may not be able to assist the driver with heavy/bulky items, we advise you to select our 2 Man delivery to the room of choice, option which is charged at £19.99.
2 Man Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales
If you have opted for Premium White Glove Delivery, then expect the full premium service, our drivers will unload the goods take the furniture to the room of choice, unpack, assemble & place it as per your requirement.

Our deliveries are done in our own vans or third party courier service. Please ensure that the property is accessible for furniture lorry or vans. If we are unable to access the property or find it unsafe for drivers to deliver, we may refuse to deliver and a re-delivery may incur an additional charge to you.
9) What should I do once the item is delivered?
Once the item is delivered please check the item and make sure it's the item you have ordered, also make sure that you check the item for damages, and if you find any damages on the item(s) or the packaging please note the issue down on the delivery note before you sign up for the delivery. This will help us to put our claim forward with our suppliers/delivery company.
