Delivery Terms and Conditions - The Furnshop (TFS)

Delivery Areas

We offer FREE door delivery to all locations in England & Wales, regardless of the order value. However, please note that we do not provide delivery services to Northern Ireland or Ireland.

Delivery Services

a. FREE Door Delivery: Our standard delivery service provides door-to-door delivery for all orders within England and Wales. This service does not include unpacking or positioning of the items.

b. Delivery to the Room of Your Choice: For an additional fee of £19.99, you can upgrade your delivery to have the items placed in the room of your choice within England and Wales. This upgrade is recommended for heavy or bulky orders. For Mainland Scotland we charge £29.99.

Excluded Postcodes & Areas

We do not deliver to Remote Scotland - Northern Ireland, Ireland, Channel Islands or any Offshore Islands or the following postcodes: BT - GY - HS - IM - IV - JE - PO(30-41) - ZE

Delivery Timescale

Delivery timescales are estimated based on stock availability. The estimated delivery time for each product is indicated on our website. IN STOCK items are typically delivered within 14 working days, while made-to-order items with special finishes may take 6 to 8 weeks. When ordering multiple items with different delivery timescales, consider the longest time as the estimated delivery time for your entire order.

Delivery Booking

Once your order is ready for dispatch, our delivery team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time. You will receive a 2-hour window for the expected delivery time. If you cannot accept the offered date, an alternative date will be provided.

If you think you may not be able to assist the driver with heavy/bulky items, we advise you to select our 2 Man delivery to the room of your choice option which is charged at £19.99. 2 Man Delivery service is only applicable for deliveries in England & Wales.

Note: We offer Two Man delivery only to the ground floor.
Please note that free door delivery will be done up to your front door only. In case of you living in a flat of a high rise building, delivery will be at the point of reception/concierge on the ground level. In case of Two Man and White Glove deliveries to higher floor levels, it will be done only if a lift is available which is large enough to accommodate your furniture items

On the Day of Delivery

Ensure someone is available at the property to receive the delivery. For FREE door delivery, the items will be delivered to your door. For heavy/bulky items, assistance from you may be required during standard delivery. To avoid this, you can opt for our 2 Man Delivery to the room of your choice option for £19.99 (applicable in England & Wales only).

Accessible Property

Please ensure your property is accessible for our delivery vehicles. If access is restricted or unsafe, we may refuse to deliver, and a re-delivery may incur an additional charge.

Inspection and Damages

Upon delivery, carefully inspect the items for any damages. If damages are found on the item(s) or packaging, note the issue on the delivery note before signing. This will help us process any claims with our suppliers/delivery company.
